If your order is eligible for cancellation, a ‘cancel order’ button will be available till the order is Delivered. Click this button to initiate cancellation of your order. You will be notified regarding status of your cancellation request via Email/SMS/Whatsapp.
Visit www.harpalyk.com//my-orders to lookup/cancel your order. Customer should contact their issuer bank if the order cancelled was placed on EMI. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Samsung. Any new transaction will be subject to applicable terms and conditions and offers running at that time. In a rare case if a cancelled order is still shipped or arrives at your doorstep, please do not accept the shipment. Once refused by you our delivery partner will mark the Shipment as returned post which a refund will be processed. It may take up to 7-10 days for refund credit to reflect into your account after the refund is initiated by Samsung
