Harpalyk will not share payment details with third parties, except in cases of fraud verification, legal requirements, or court orders.

Harpalyk products are available for purchase across India, with deliveries made on all weekdays, except national and public holidays. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. However, deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
All deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners, and Harpalyk is not responsible for any delays. The Buyer/Customer waives any claims related to delivery delays.
Return & Replacement Policy
Harpalyk ensures that all products undergo quality testing and secure packaging at our central manufacturing unit.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation or refund is not available once an order is placed. However, if assistance is required, customers can contact support at 9871**** or email support@harpalyk.com.
Harpalyk reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 10% for order processing costs and 100% of transportation costs in certain cases.
If a product is returned under false claims, a customer fee of up to 50% of the product sale price may be charged.
Replacement Policy
A product is eligible for replacement if it:
✅ Arrives damaged
✅ Is dead on arrival
✅ Has a major deviation from agreed specifications
Important Notes:
The product will be inspected before approval for replacement.
If the product has been misused, tampered with, has missing parts, or is unsellable due to customer mishandling, the replacement request will not be accepted.
A customer fee of up to 50% of the product price and 100% of transportation costs may be applied if the product is returned under false claims.
To ensure a hassle-free replacement process, customers must return the complete package, including all packaging materials.
Our audit team will inspect the returned product for quality and specified issues upon receipt at our central warehouse.
Warranty
Harpalyk’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms provided in the official printed literature included with the product. Warranty repairs and claims will be handled directly by Harpalyk.
Limitations of Liability
Harpalyk is not liable for:

Cancellations
