A brushless vacuum motor creates continuous suction pressing the robot to the glass — monitored hundreds of times per second, with a backup battery maintaining grip through power cuts.
Step 2: Mapping the Pane
Edge sensors detect frames or open edges (frameless glass), then the robot plans an N- or Z-shaped route covering every centimetre — no missed corners, no repeated strips.
Step 3: Clean, Scrub, Squeegee
The ShineBot C2 sprays measured cleaning solution ahead of its path, scrubs with microfibre pads, and squeegees dry behind — leaving streak-free glass in a single pass.
