Warranty Policy

The entire Harpalyk team is grateful to have you as an esteemed customer. Your satisfaction is not just important to us—it’s our highest priority. We are committed to delivering not only innovative technology but also exceptional service and support to ensure your experience exceeds expectations.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement at no extra cost if you report the case in writing to support@harpalyk.com within 2 days of delivery.

Product Support & Training

After receiving your product, please contact our customer support team for assistance with setup and training. Our team will gladly guide you through every step. All support and training sessions are conducted online via video call for your convenience.

Standard Warranty Coverage

This product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the following components:

    • Electronic components

    • Motors

This warranty starts from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Covered Under Warranty:

• Faults arising due to manufacturing defects.
• Malfunctioning of electronic parts or motors under normal usage conditions.
• Remote diagnostics and assistance via phone or video call.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

     • Damage due to mishandling, accidents, water ingress, or unauthorized modifications
     • Wear and tear parts such as: Cable, Floating Cable, Belts, Dust Bag, Brushes, Plastic & Aesthetic parts.
     • Electrical damage caused by:
                 ◦ Power surges

                 ◦ Voltage fluctuations

                 ◦ Improper electrical connections

     • Damage caused by:

                 ◦ External elements (e.g., dust, humidity, extreme temperatures)

                 ◦ Improper installation or incorrect setup

Important Notes:

• Warranty is valid only with a proper purchase invoice.
• Repair or replacement under warranty will be at the sole discretion of the company.
• Any shipping or transportation charges related to servicing will be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
• Never lift the pool robot by pulling its floating cable, as this may cause internal cable damage.
Always use the designated handle to lift or move the robot. This ensures safe handling and protects the device from damage. Alternatively, you may use a lifting hook as recommended by our authorized experts.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana only.

Additional Clarifications:

• Mishandling, Accidents, Water, and Unauthorized Modifications
Damage from accidental drops, liquid spills, or any repair/alteration done by unauthorized persons is not covered.
• Wear and Tear Parts
Items like cables, belts, dust bags, brushes, and plastic components are expected to degrade over time and do not fall under warranty.
• Electrical Damage
Issues arising from unstable power supply or voltage mismatch are excluded from coverage.
• Environmental & Installation-Related Damage
Product damage due to exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, dust, or improper installation will not be eligible for warranty service.

Warranty Service Process

To request warranty service:
1. Raise a Request: Contact our support team via phone, email, or our website.
2. When contacting Harpalyk, a customer must mention the following information for fast and quick processing:
◦ Invoice/docket number
◦ Name and address
◦ Product name and model number
◦ Faulty nature of the product
3. Remote Assessment: Our experts will diagnose the issue virtually. If necessary, pickup will be arranged.
4. Service Fulfillment: Repairs will be carried out as per warranty terms:.
◦ In-warranty repairs are free of charge.
◦ Non-covered issues can be serviced on a paid basis with customer approval.

Service Modes

• Virtual Support (Free & Unlimited): Ideal for troubleshooting, setup, or minor concerns.
• All product fixing and training support will be provided online, if required.
• On-Site Visit (Chargeable): Available on request for eligible locations.
• Courier Pick-Up & Drop(Chargeable): Offered in select cities for applicable products

Battery Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of our products, including the battery systems.
Warranty Coverage
• The battery is covered under warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
• If a defect arises during the warranty period, Harpalyk will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective battery free of charge.
What Is Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear due to usage over time.
• Damage caused by:
◦ Improper use or handling
◦ Overcharging or undercharging
◦ Use in extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive heat, moisture)
◦ Using third-party chargers or incompatible accessories
◦ Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Claim Procedure
To claim battery warranty:
1. Retain your original proof of purchase.
2. Contact Harpalyk Customer Support with details of the issue.
3. If necessary, ship the product to our service center as directed by the support team.
Please note: Batteries are consumable components, and their capacity may gradually decline over time based on usage patterns. This natural decline is not considered a defect.

Voiding of Warranty

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:
• Product is altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• Serial number, warranty label, or security seal is removed or tampered.
• Product is used in industrial, commercial, or non-intended environments.
• Accidents, improper handling, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., fire, water damage) can void a warranty. 
• Using a product in a way it was not intended, or neglecting required maintenance, can void the warranty. 
• Using parts or accessories not approved by the manufacturer can also lead to warranty voidance.
